Seguridad de Windows enviará notificaciones con información crítica sobre el estado y la seguridad de su dispositivo. Puede especificar qué notificaciones informativas desea. A partir  de la versión 1709 de Windows 10^{(Windows 10)}  , puede habilitar la política Ocultar notificaciones no críticas^{(Hide non-critical notification)} u Ocultar todas las notificaciones^{(Hide all notifications)} .

Ocultar notificaciones no críticas^{(Hide non-critical notification)}  : si está habilitado, solo se mostrarán las notificaciones críticas de Seguridad de Windows^{(Windows Security)} . Los^(Local) usuarios locales solo verán notificaciones críticas del Centro de seguridad de Windows Defender^{(Windows Defender Security Center)} . No verán otros tipos de notificaciones, como la información normal sobre el estado de la PC o del dispositivo.

Ocultar todas las notificaciones^{(Hide all notifications)}  : si está habilitado, los usuarios locales no verán ninguna notificación de Seguridad de Windows^{(Windows Security)} . Esto anulará la  política Ocultar notificaciones no críticas^{(Hide non-critical notification)}  .

Habilitar o deshabilitar las notificaciones del Centro de seguridad de Windows^{(Windows Security Center)}

Dado que se trata de una operación de registro, se recomienda  realizar una copia de seguridad del registro^{(back up the registry)}  o  crear un punto de restauración del sistema  como medida de precaución necesaria.

Para habilitar^{(To enable)} las notificaciones no críticas desde la seguridad de Windows^{(Windows Security)} , haga lo siguiente:

• En el cuadro de diálogo Ejecutar, escriba  bloc^(notepad) de notas  y presione Entrar para abrir el Bloc de notas.
• Copie y pegue la siguiente sintaxis en el editor de texto.

How to enable or disable Notifications from Windows Security Center

Windows Security will ѕend notifications with сritical information about thе health and ѕecurity of your device. Υоu can specify which infоrmationаl nоtifіcations you want. In thiѕ post, we will show you how to enable or disable Notifications from the Windows Security Center in Windows 10.

Starting with Windows 10 version 1709, you can enable the Hide non-critical notification or Hide all notifications policy.

Hide non-critical notification – If enabled, only critical notifications will show from Windows Security. Local users will only see critical notifications from the Windows Defender Security Center. They will not see other types of notifications, such as regular PC or device health information.

Hide all notifications – If enabled, local users will not see any notifications from Windows Security. This will override the Hide non-critical notification policy.

If you’re concerned about the notifications that will be suppressed because you don’t want to miss out on important system security notifications, you can see the table at the end of this post to know which notifications will be disabled.

Enable or disable Notifications from Windows Security Center

Since this is a registry operation, it is recommended that you back up the registry or create a system restore point as necessary precautionary measures.

1] Enable or Disable Non-critical Notifications from Windows Security using a REG file

To enable Non-critical Notifications from Windows Security, do the following:

• Press Windows key + R to invoke the Run dialog.
• In the Run dialog box, type notepad and hit Enter to open Notepad.
• Copy and paste the syntax below into the text editor.

• Now, click the File option from the menu and select Save As button.

• Double-click the saved .reg file to merge it.
• If prompted, click on Run > Yes (UAC) > Yes > OK to approve the merge.
• You can now delete the .reg file if you like.

To disable Non-critical Notifications from Windows Security, do the following:

• Open Notepad.
• Copy and paste the syntax below into the text editor.
